Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

We work quickly to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. All orders include free shipping, with no additional shipping fees at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
LumeLink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears lost:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
